Programme Application Process

The application process depends on your chosen programme.

Track A. Academic Programmes

Diploma, PGD & Pathways. Designed for students seeking long-term enrollment.

  1. Step 1. Application
    Complete the online application form, upload the required credentials (O-Level, Degree, or HND), and pay the application fee.
  2. Step 2. Assessment
    • Diploma. Application review only
    • PGD. Credential review, with a possible brief interview
  3. Step 3. Provisional Offer
    Successful candidates will receive a Provisional Letter of Admission via email within 5 working days.
  4. Step 4. Acceptance
    Pay the acceptance fee to secure your slot and receive your Matriculation Number.
Track B. Professional Training Programmes

Designed for professionals seeking immediate training.

  1. Step 1. Registration
    Select your course from the Training Calendar and click Register.
  2. Step 2. Invoice
    You will receive an invoice for the training fee.
  3. Step 3. Confirmation
    Upon payment, you will receive your Course Joining Instructions, including time, venue or Zoom link, and pre-reading materials.

    • Batch A (September Intake). Applications close August 20
    • Batch B (May Intake). Applications close April 20
  • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD).
    Executive cohorts start quarterly in January, July, and October.

We believe quality education should be accessible. That’s why we offer flexible payment options for our longer programmes.

  • Installment Plans.
    Diploma and PGD students may pay tuition in three installments:
    • 40% at the start of the programme
    • 30% mid-semester
    • 30% before final examinations
  • Scholarships.
    Merit-based scholarships are available for the School Leavers Tech Foundation.
  • Corporate Sponsorship.
    We accept sponsorships from organizations. Please contact us to request a formal Invoice or Proforma.
Entry Requirements
  • For Diploma.
    • Five credits in WAEC or NECO (Mathematics and English are compulsory)
    • Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
    • Recent passport photograph
  • For Postgraduate Diploma (PGD).
    • HND or Bachelor’s Degree certificate (any discipline)
    • Curriculum Vitae or Resume showing relevant work experience
  • For Short Courses.
    No academic prerequisites are required. Basic digital literacy is expected.

Yes. Our Weekend & Virtual tracks are specifically designed for working professionals.

For the Foundation Courses, NO. We start from the absolute basics. For Pathway Schools and the rest, general computer literacy is expected.

No, the acceptance fee is non-refundable as it reserves your limited seat in the cohort.
